Jan Jaap acted as coach for a group of ABN Amro account managers and their managing director during a formal dinner at the bank’s Amsterdam head office. Het Financieele Dagblad ran an article about this etiquette dinner.
During an etiquette dinner for the Bussum Lions Club, Jan Jaap talked about business etiquette, personal presentation, and about suits, ties, shoes and style. Elsevier Magazine ran an article about this event in their March 2011 supplement about fashion and the modern businessman.
Jan Jaap talked about “Order of precedence” on the television show “Royalties” on Dutch network RTL4, explaining the new greeting protocol for Her Royal Highness Catherine (Kate), the Duchess of Cambridge as a member of the British Royal Family.
